My story

It is when you realize” You are not consuming things, but the things are consuming you “.

You will go through a transformation of reprogramming your mind. Reprogramming to such an extent that your focus will be to live a clear, concise and a conscious lifestyle.

I too had such a transformation.

I remember not long time ago, I was a character who had reached his peak in terms of alcohol, lust, and telling lies to both myself and others. It was that phase of my life when I wanted to enjoy each and every part of my life.

College is an interesting place TBH, for experimenting with many things, but the most you can experiment with is with your own limits.

I did that too in every aspect of my life. One part of my life is organizing and taking part in events, working on my own startup idea, and getting an incubation. And the other part of my life has nearly zero attendance in college, getting involved in alcohol, lust, and mental violence. As I said, college is a place to experiment with your limits. Finally, I got suspended.

But wait, this is just the beginning of my story.

I never knew that I had reached my limits until I realized that my alcohol activities, lust, and mental violence were a reason for hurting others. TBH from my experience, the people whom you love/care about the most are the ones whom you hurt the most. It is just a matter of time and events when you realize it. I hope you’re relating this from your experience too.

So, a moment came into my life at the end of 2019, which was the beginning of something transformational. I took The sacred vow of 5 NOs for an entire 2020. Before telling any further, let me clear out the definitions of The sacred vow.

Sacred-Something that you believe is for a higher purpose spiritually.

Vow-an emotionally triggered logical decision made from the core of your heart you can never break.

The sacred Vow of 5 NO’s

I took a vow of saying NO to 5 things in my life.

  • No to intoxications (Food, liquid, people, technology)
  • No to violence (Mentally and Physically)
  • No to stealing (Physically and mentally (mirroring others))
  • No to Lying (To self and others)
  • No sexual urges (I have tried Bramhacharya too for the initial months)

TBH, it is hard (very hard). But I really had great breakthroughs.

  • I realized what it is to be authentic.
  • I realized the difference between love, lust, and connecting with the core.
  • I realized it’s not the alcohol that you enjoyed, but the people who get you high.
  • I experienced my mind naked. Without perceptions, without beliefs, without emotions, without man-made tags of relations.
  • I got into a state of nothingness.

Now there was only one lust left for me. The lust for knowledge. When you’re free of all emotions, you’ll expand your mind into every dimension. From modern applied psychology and philosophy to evolutionary biology and human behavior. I ran my mind in every direction and learned these things from really some great people who have decades of experience.

It took me almost an entire year in 2021 to balance myself in a materialistic world. I am grateful to the community of like-minded people I have met globally. Trust me, all you need is knowledge, a network, and the right actions with the right intention.

I’ve reached a phase in my life where I want to share my wisdom forward. I am no guru or world’s best coach. But I am truly grateful to meet some of them in my life.

My mentor always says this. It is only when you’re on the path of reducing your desires, and fulfilling someone else’s. You will be a man of service. Don’t ever be cheap on your way to Mastery.

I’m not a personal development Coach, that’s how this self-development industry works. I focus on personal disruption. If you do not destroy your older version, it will always stop you from evolving into a new version.

I always say that “You need to Die”.

What I simply mean is that the version of you, that you identify as your current self needs to die. And if you’re ready to die to be reborn. You’re at the right place at the right time.

What Can I Do for You?

If you want to learn something, you must know how to unlearn.
