Experience

Senior BDA/APM – Scaler School of Business

November 2024 – April 2025

At Scaler, my role as an Admissions Strategy Specialist was to optimize the full-funnel admissions journey — from triaging leads to closing enrollments — for Scaler’s newly launched business school.

During my span at Scaler, I introduced a Triage Call Funnel that helped reduce lead fatigue and aligned candidates faster. I personally guided 50+ qualified prospects each week and handled over 500+ calls.

I also collaborated with the product and events team to drive offline conversion campaigns, including Scaler x Career Launcher events in Mumbai. This role sharpened my full-stack GTM approach across marketing, sales, strategy, and community-building.

Senior BDA – Miles Education

May 2024 – October 2024

At Miles Education, my role as a Senior Program Advisor was to drive B2C and B2B consultative sales for executive leadership programs, especially targeting CHROs and senior HR leaders.

During my span at Miles, I led the outreach and closure for multiple senior-level enrollments, navigating multi-stakeholder decisions across mid to large enterprises. I also collaborated with the marketing team to align messaging and improve lead qualification strategies.

The most impactful part of this experience was learning narrative-based selling — selling vision before value.

Senior BDA – UpGrad

June 2023 – May 2024

At UpGrad, my role as a Senior Career Counselor (and later, Team Leader) was to help working professionals make better career decisions through consultative, high-ticket EdTech solutions.

During my span at UpGrad, I led a 938% spike in sales within one week through innovative funnel experimentation and high-performance sales techniques.

I was awarded the Spotlight Award for consistently exceeding targets and pioneering a zero-resistance, high-retention sales process. I also mentored new counselors and created micro-training modules for objection handling and deep need analysis.

BDA & Team Lead – ODA Class

June 2023 – May 2024

At Oda Class, my role as a Team Lead was to coach, manage, and scale the performance of demo class specialists in a fast-growing EdTech environment.

During my span at Oda, I worked with master teachers to align class content with market insights and learner-parent feedback.

I led team huddles, monitored demo delivery, and helped improve conversion rates by refining the pitch flow and emotional trigger points.

I also built a micro-coaching framework for training new team members, which improved onboarding efficiency. This experience cemented my expertise in sales enablement and team psychology.

Project Engineer – Wipro

June 2023 – May 2024

At Wipro, my role as a Project Engineer was to support enterprise-level software projects through system analysis, testing, and client-side implementation. I was part of the delivery team responsible for maintaining the integrity and uptime of key modules within a mission-critical application.

During my span at Wipro, I developed a strong foundation in structured problem-solving, project documentation, and stakeholder communication. I gained hands-on experience with software deployment cycles, incident management protocols, and internal workflow systems across distributed teams. Most importantly, it instilled in me a high degree of discipline and professionalism — habits that I carried into every high-pressure client interaction in my future sales and product roles.

Product Case Studies

01

Udemy

Could Blended Learning Be Udemy’s Next Big Growth Lever?

Udemy is one of the world’s largest online learning platforms, offering over 200,000 courses to learners globally.

At the same time, live/cohort-based courses have gained popularity due to their ability to foster accountability, interaction, and structured schedules.

02

EdTech Customer LTV

How Personalized Career Path Recommendations Can Unlock Higher Customer Lifetime Value in EdTech?

In EdTech, most platforms see learners finish a course… and then quietly disappear.

That’s a massive missed opportunity — both for learners, who need clarity, and for platforms, who miss out on Lifetime Value (LTV).

03

Amazon

Why Hasn’t Amazon Touched Short-Form Content in commerce… Yet?

Amazon is everywhere. It sells us products, powers the cloud, delivers groceries, streams Prime Originals, and even owns Twitch.

But one arena where Amazon has been conspicuously absent is short-form video. Can Amazon not include Short-Form Content at least in shopping experience?

Product Improvements

Zepto

Zepto is rapidly reshaping the way urban India shops for essentials by betting on speed, consistency, and mobile-first design.

In a market where minutes matter, Zepto is not just faster—it’s smarter, sharper, and closer to the pulse of the modern urban consumer.

Notion

Notion has positioned itself as one of the most versatile productivity tools on the market.

By addressing key user pain points and refining collaboration, automation, and offline access, it can solidify its dominance as the go-to productivity and knowledge management platform.

Splitwise

Splitwise solves a major pain point of tracking shared expenses among flatmates, friends, and teams with an easy-to-use interface.

But there’re a lot of opportunities for growth including integrating payments, automation for recurring expenses, and improving settlement efficiency to provide an all-in-one solution.

Skool

In the growing creator economy, Skool isn’t just a product—it’s a movement toward focused, distraction-free, value-driven communities.

With further improvements like live streaming, deeper analytics, and integrations, Skool can easily become the default home for modern learning communities.
